Ana provides evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),

Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. All of these approaches are widely accepted around the world to treat a wide range of mental health concerns.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) is a therapeutic approach that is focused on identifying problem behaviours and thoughts that can lead to symptoms of depression and anxiety. CBT is generally considered a short-term treatment and is scientifically proven to be effective for many types of mental health issues, especially depression and anxiety. If you experience ongoing concerns of worries, unhelpful or critical thoughts and low mood, then CBT may work well for you.

Acceptance And Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is an action-oriented approach that comes from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Its core message is to accept what is out of your personal control and commit to action that improves and enriches your life. ACT teaches you to stop avoiding, denying, and struggling with your inner emotions. ACT can teach you to accept hardships and commit to making behavioural changes, which can improve your mood and overall life.

Dialactical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)

Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) is a type of cognitive behaviour therapy. It was designed for individuals diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder or those who have difficulties with regulating or controlling their emotions. DBT teaches you skills to better manage your emotions and change unhelpful or maladaptive ways of thinking and behaving. DBT can also be beneficial for those experiencing difficulties with suicide, self-harm, or destructive behaviors.
